Around 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Sometimes even up until 9:00 pm. -Remember some houses don't participate in Halloween, you'll know this if they do because they have decoration.

there really is a start time? I thought kids and their parents just went when it was appropriate for their families.

i live in st.joeseph county and my mom just took the kids right now.it gets dark FAST.
