My friend was supposed to come to my house at 5. She calls me and says that she won't be able to come to my house till 7 or 7:30 because her teacher is making her do an important project that is due tomorrow. My parents are weird and they said they won't let us go out that "late." Um we're 14... I usually went to my cousins' but they're at some dance. My friends live sorta far away from me and I have no way to get to them because my dad doesn't come till 6. Then my mom won't let me go out since tomorrow is a school day -.- So what do you think I should do the rest of the day? Or if my parents let us go out.. For 3 hours?

-.- The only reason I'm asking this question is because I'm bored. Yes I know I can read a book but I already read everything in the house. I can't go to another friend's cuz my parents aren't home write now and nobody can drive me.

Read a book. Clean your room. Write a letter to your grandmother or some other elderly relative that nobody pays much attention to. Offer to make dinner so your parents don't have to. Do a couple loads of laundry. Clean the bathroom you use most. Go through your closet and throw all the clothes you don't wear any more into a bag to donate to needy people. Take care of your pets (brushing, bathing, trimming toe nails, whatever). That sort of thing.

Maybe you have some schoolwork to do, too? That's what you could do for the rest of the day. Where do you want to go "out" with your friend? 14 is pretty young, and there is school tomorrow. You're better off staying in. Can't she just come to your house for a while after her work is done?

3 hours would be 10:00 or 10:30 and that would be too late to be out especially if you are trick or treating. I'd just ask my Mom to get my favorite dinner, watch a movie and pass out candy if I were you.

you have to remember Mom and Dad are always responsible for your safety whether you are with them or other people. they want you safe, more than trick or treating.
Can you watch a Halloween Movie on tv?
3 hours to be out is plenty of time... really...
besides, the werewolves come at midnight... haha, I'm only kidding.

hmmm...well you could read a book, or watch a movie/tv, listen to music, call up a friend, do homework (sometimes boring, but time consuming!), put on wacky costumes and figure out your favorite....
