Your boobs grow with weight gain (never to say that you're fat, but normal weight put on when you get taller and put on muscle mass) so when you lose weight, your boobs shrink. Being a girl too, I know that big boobs aren't always a blessing, and can sometimes make you/other people think you have a big build. I dieted for a while last year, and that brought not only my bra size down, but also my other sizes. Exercise works only sometimes for reducing your boob size, because your boobs aren't just muscle and fat. Try eating more dark, leafy green veggies, drinking more water, and eating less red meat, salt, and desserts. I promise you'll notice your sizes dropping.

Any general weight loss will make your boobs smaller, however, if you've got genetically big boobs, the only way is a surgical reduction. Good luck. PS: Some people actually like big boobs!

When you work out you can't really target which part of your body you want to loose weight from. Just plain exercising will get rid of them and any other excess weight along with it. People would look mighty strange if they could pin point exactly where they wanted to loose weight.
We'd have fat people with skinny fingers and all sorts! LOL

It MAY.
It really depends on if you have more fatty tissue versus dense breast tissue.
Speaking from experience, if you have more dense breast tissue you will NOT reduce the size of your breasts by working out. The only option is breast reduction surgery that can be covered by insurance.
If they are more fatty, you will lose in the breast, especially if you are a bit overweight.
You won't really know if you have more dense or more fatty tissue until you work out and lose weight.

Ummmm...yeah, uh, if you ever figure this out, I would like to know what it is. I have had them for years now and believe me, they are not all that.
I don't mind having sizable boobs, but sometimes, enough is enough.
So if you find out how to make them smaller - other than surgery - I would love to know!

The grass is always greener. Any exercise will help reduce the size of your bust, stay away from chest exercises because I was told to work with weights and push ups to increase my bust size.

Body-building will firm the breasts and make them smaller. I know that for a fact.

i don't know, just any cardiac one, if you are over weight and that i sho you got big boobs, but otherwise, how big your boobs are is genetica and you can't change that. If you are really serious about it get a boob job.

damn i wish I had that problem. I just had a baby and they were HUGE! I loved it. Now that I quit breastfeeding, they feel even smaller than they did before, even though I'm a size bigger still. :( I miss them
