You would most likely have to replace the entire motherboard and that's not cost effective. Unless you don't want to buy a new computer, upgrading the ram is probably the best and most cost effective upgrade you can do.

As with almost all laptops, once you buy it, the cpu can never be changed.

You can add more memory which helps a lot. And replacing the hard drive with a high speed 7200 or 10k drive can work miracles.

on any laptop, it is pretty much 99% impossible to make any changes to the insides, except ram and hard drive. so to summarize, no.
