I am not sure that I understand what your question is...

However, with the naked eye, one can see:

The Sun

The Moon

With a Star and Planet Chart you can see some planets,
and many of the stars in the Milky Way Galaxy...the Earth
blocks those in the opposite hemisphere from your
location...(under your feet).

Meteors (shooting stars)

A few Assteroids on occasion

With a watch and specific information from the Internet,
it is often possible to see flashes of sunlight reflecting off
of orbiting satellites and the International space station.

to understand what you are seeing and learn the names of
the various objects commonly seen in the sky it is most
helpful to get a star chart, or use the one provided in:
