No, and even cooler is Furious Styles. Man, I've seen way crazier names than fury. And if bullying is going to be a problem enroll him in the martial arts. And those kids can meet the "Fists of Fury." Not, being sarcastic either.

Yes. I once knew a boy named Dragon- he was really smart. In all of the accelerated programs (with me, that's how I knew him) but people made judgments about him before they knew him. When I heard that we had a kid named Dragon in the class I figured that he wore all black and had a green mohawk. If that's the reputation that you want your child to have, by all means, go ahead. But otherwise, no- that is a horrible name for an innocent child. He might also try to live up to that name, and you probably don't want that. I shouldn't have a say in it really- he's going to be your son anyway.

Yes. You are giving a child a name that they will have to use for the rest of their lives. You will be branding that child with a name that others may preconceive ideas about. For example, they may think he is always angry. Or if he is angry about something, they may say "Well, his name IS fury!"

I would kill to have that name. I guess if I did massacre a lot of people I could have it as a nickname... "Fury" sounds a little gay but on the other hand it is very Metal.

It has both a connotation and denotation that alludes to anger... violence... tension...
It sounds like some anime character or something, I would feel bad for a kid named Fury.
Kids might call him Furry.
