it should. 1 is 1, + is 2, 1 is 3. so 1+1 = 3

1+1=2 only if the single entities are dead or lack polarity. If they are alive and possess polarity than 1+1 can equal any number to infinity. Proof: Put a fertile male and a fertile female rabbit together and in 5 years see how much 1+1 equals.
