I have a weed on my property that produces a round, green fruit. Inside it is white and has many seeds.
I live in Kentucky, what could this be?

I'm sorry I have to admit I was a little disappointed by your question. I saw the title "Weird Weed" and saw your avatar with a purple hat and thought maybe I'd be able to help you out. But then I read the explanation and realized I may have made a mistake.

I'm thinking what you have there is a normal weed ( not weird )and I wouldn't eat the so called fruit.

It sounds like it could be some kind of a milkweed.
