enable my hibernate?

Question

i tried renabling my hibernate feature on my vista pc but it tells me i dont have the permission to do so, but this is my laptop and im the only user on it with no other accounts.

ps. i did it from the command prompt

Hibernate always has had issues. I use 'standby' and it works flawlessly.
