How did they do their hair then, and how should I make it look frozen?

I can't buy anything else, it's too late. Also, I have long, layered, thick blonde hair.

First, look up hairstyles from 1912, then once you put your hair in one of those styles, mess it up and use white hair paint to make it look covered in frost.

Incidentally, I'm currently dressed as a Titanic Crew Member, pre-accident. :)

OK get some hard hairspray put in a bun like the one fat lady had then spray the white snow stuff on it it will look good and dont forget some blue stuff on the face and hands good luck great ideal....I think that will be to kill for.......happy Halloween

just put Vaseline on it make it look shinny and wet you could wet it but depends were you live might be to cold so you do not want to get sick -but the grease and washing ??? me do not know how it would turn out,but it's a thought.they wore lot of buns for there hair back then big floppy hats --you could put it in a bun maybe just few strands of Vaseline to make it look wet?

Use gel and white and blue hair dye. Paint your face ashen white and put popsicles in your ears.

take a shower and dont brush your hair. put lots of gel and paint (clear/white) mixture in it. dont brush!hair spray is also good.
