I live in Minnesota and would like a quick vacation this winter and was wondering if it is warm during the winter in Las Vegas

Take my word. Coming from Minnesota during the winter you will be very warm here. You will walk around in a shirt and locals will have coats on. Locals are so use the the extreme hot of summer that winter is freezing to them.

Moved here from Ohio last December and I never wore more than a light jacket even at night. January is the coldest month here. Come February it is warming up already. Real nice winters here.

Have fun.

Mild. The highs during December are usually in the 60's with lows in the 40's. It rarely gets below the freezing mark. It can be windy at times...so the wind chills might make it seem a lot colder than it really is.

I live here. In Jan of last year we didn't get above 42 in the day time. Night were around 15. My horses & dogs water froze every night. Feb. we didn't get much warmer. It gets very windy here in the winter. So go by that temp or so. Not to sure how cold it gets there.... Hope this helps.
