My therapist used to tell me to take a big stick and hit a tree until I felt better. Any kind of exercise will help, as long as you're not hurting anyone or yourself.

Wrap your arms around yourself and squeeze - I don't care what your co-workers think - DO IT! there... you just got a hug from me... doesn't that make you feel better???

Seriously... I know it's hard with the world revolving around you, but take a minute of silence. take a deep breath... surround yourself with white light and know that all is right in the world. When you have more time, sit quietly and meditate on where the anger is coming from - and remember it's always a projection of something internal we are angery about - and come to peace with whatever comes up - wrap it mentally in white light and set it free.

You can go to an open area preferrably the sea side. Scream as loud as you can. And throw stones towards the sea. Let out all your anger. After that, you go home, you take a nice relaxing bath. And then you go sleep or something and keep your mind off it. Try ice cream or chocolates. They say it helps. Whatever it is, relax, take it easy.

Listen to some death metal, or even write some music. I feel like that every other day and I don't know what to do with myself when it happens. On one hand I feel like I just don't give a **** what happens to me or other people but I don't want to end up in prison. If murder was legal I would be in competition with Saddam Hussein.

There are many,many reasons to be that way but you have to believe that none of it is aimed at you so buck up, stay lose and see if things don't look brighter for you. Try exerting yourself to work out the frustration, sometimes a good sweat will do wonders.

go to the shooting range
go four wheeling
go walk into walmart and knock stuff off shelfs
go for a walk and to the gym
