The Great Red Spot - seen first by Galileo - it's thought to be a huge, long-lasting storm.

Even with a telescope the surface of Jupiter is invisible. The clouds are just too dense. Like everyone said, you can see the clouds and the feature is the Red Spot. It's a storm larger than Earth!

All you can see is the cloud tops. If Jupiter even has a surface, it is thousands of miles down inside that gas giant planet.

if your talking about the gas clouds then the giant red spot, other than that no one has ever seen the surface with any telescope.
