tick and untick can anyone help.???

Click on your avatar. This will take you to your profile page. On the right in blue it will say 'edit my info'. Clink on this and about 1/2 way down the page you can check the box to set your questions and answers to private or other preferences you have. Be sure and hit 'preview' at the bottom of the page and then 'ok' at the bottom of the next page.
Try this and I'll come back in a few minutes to check and see if they've been set to private.

Go to Edit my info, scroll down to yahoo answers network, there's 3 to deal with. Tick 2&3, the ones about making things private. Make sure you save the changed settings.
