I think at around 15 or 16 you should stop trick or treating. I'm 13 and I'm still going to go with my friends tonight. At around 15 most kids go attend Hallowe'en parties anyways but I don't think you should still be trick-or-treating past that age. I know I was freaked out last year when I was handing out candy after I was done trick or treating and I think a 18-year old came. If you're 11 or 12 or 13, don't be afraid to still have some fun!

Are you asking what age you're supposed to stop or the age I stopped? I guess I will answer both. I stopped trick or treating when I was 18. I feel you are never too old to trick or treat. People are giving out free candy and I have never seen a door with an age limit on it. If you still feel like a kid at heart, go out and play!

I dropped the sack when I was 13, and just accompanied my younger brothers and sisters on their rounds to be sure they were safe while my parents waited in the car. (We lived in the country and went into town to trick or treat.)

I would say 16 at the latest, between 17 and 20 you should go out and do bad things (legal of course), or go to halloween parties
