How long does it take a dam to deteriorate? Must have started before the war, a part of that infrastructure that Saddam let fail. Who found the problem? It was the Army Corps of Engineers. Who will ultimately save the lives of all those Iraqis? We will and proudly!

Why is it Bush's responsibility? Just like in New Orleans people blame Bush for a slow response.
What was wrong with the government in Louisiana and New Orleans.

I think they should use this to plan a mass demonstration against the west, to burn the US flag and hold up "death to Bush" signs. All in the area where the water will gush into.
