That depends on whether the cow has been genetically modified during the cloning process. It is possible to produce genetically modified animals which secrete particular proteins in their milk. e.g antithrombin, a blood clotting factor (see source) It's a very attractive way of getting an easily-accessible, plentiful source of whatever protein you are interested in.
