itunes making an account?

Question

i was reading the link on apple.com and it said they need your master card but it wont be charged unless you buy something but if i use a pre paid itunes card and i buy a video lets say 2$ and i baught a card of 20 $ will i have 18 $ left and also have 2 $ on my master card or only have 18 $ left and nothing on my master card



but the thing is i have no master card i only have a pre paid card so how do i make an account cuz they need my code for master card so how can i make 1 without a master card



can you tell me if the 1 para is writhe and then tell me how to do it with the 2 para

If you have a prepaid iTunes card, for instance a $20 one, and you buy a $1.99 video, then you will have $18.01 in your account. See, if you have money in your account, it goes thru that money and then goes to the credit card.

You don't need to have a credit card to make an account. :] Just click the "No credit card" button when making an account. Good luck and email me if you have any more questions!!

you lost me in the first para. but you shouldnt need to have a credit card to create an account or buy music. When registering leave the master card spot blank. that way you can just use pre-paid card to buy music. it worked for me, it should work for u.
