I want to sign up for something...?

I want to sign up for something but they say you need JavaSCIRPT enabled and show you how to enable it, but when I go to enable it, the enabled box is already checked!!! What do I do?

restart the pc and try again.
other than that, try a different browser instead of internet explorer, such as opera or mozilla firefox and so on...
