That coin is from the British East Caribbean Territories, which had British Guiana (now Guyana), British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Antigua, St. Kitts, Nevis, Grenada, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and Dominica. The British East Carribbean Territories was replaced by the East Caribbean States when the territories gained independence from Great Britain in the 1960's and 1970's. The coin has a catalog value of 45 cents in mint state. Poorer condition are under 25 cents each.

If it is a 2 cent coin, then it may be either New Zealand or Australian who use cents not Pence, but they list no 1964, but 1967 and up. So I guess we need to know the country.
