How to you define a person (girl)with a "babyface"
Is it the chubby cheeks,the youthfulness or the innocence they carry..?

basically.
if you look at only the face, and if she looks younger than she is and is very cute, (baby-wise) ,. that'll say baby face.
baby face also includes not much makeup.

I don't think 'babyface has much to do with innocence. Babyface is chubby cheeks and the youthful appearance. Innocence is what is on a childs face. Pure joy, no evil in the world, no conception of consequences.

I would say youth fullness and innocence it's a certain look it may even be in the eyes and cheeks not necessarily chubby just sort of 'fresh' as in age,basically it's not really looking 'old' or looking young for your age mainly by the 'quality' of your skin.

chubby rosy cheeks and youthfulness. its all the look. perfect skin though, i know plenty of girls with chubby cheeks and they wear too much makeup because of their zits, so they are no longer babyfaces.

Compare a baby with an adult and you'll see the proportions are all different. So, yes, relatively chubby cheeks are part of it. So are a slightly receding chin, flawless skin, string of drool,...

Just a young look no matter what the age. Usually it is the youthfullness and the personality combined.
