as a conservative, I'm deeply disturbed by our liberal leader. After all, there's nothing conservative about Bush's immigration policy. There's nothing conservative about the way he's spent our country into record debt. There's nothing conservative about extending the role of the federal government when you can't get activist judges to rule the way you want (as he did in the case of Teri Schiavo). There's nothing conservative about being a draft-dodging, lying, murdering, war-mongering, nation building, coke-snorting, Texas town drunk. These simply arent conservative principles. So as a true conservative - can our nation endure this LIBERAL any longer??

The identity crisis of the GOP is long documented now.
Are they the bible-thumping, clean living, ethicially pure people they claim they are, or the casual sex romping, affair-having, homosexual, criminally corrupt, blatantly racist, education-fearing morons that time has proven them to be ?

No we most certainly CANNOT and we should also impeach and remove that ULTRA-LIBERAL Dick Cheney from office at the same time, so we can hasten that ULTRACONSERVATIVE HIllary Clinton into the Oval Office and get started fixing all the problems 7 years of a "Bush League" President have left us with.

Thankfully his day count is LESS than 2 years, unless there is an open coup. And Dictator Dumbya is the definition of an abysmal miserable disaster, whatever you call him.

I'm sick of all these so-called conservative or liberal values. I have so many on both sides that I don't even consider myself one or the other. Really, it's stupid. The same wing that supports the death penalty hates abortion.

Your question raises a good point. We can't rely on labels when voting for political leaders. We need to look at character, experience and intellectual ability rather than the labels of "conservative", "liberal" or party labels. Bush never would have been elected if he was judged by character, experience and intellectual ability. If those were the criteria for selection of public officials we might get more statesmen and fewer politicans.

Bush is one of yours.
He is pro-amnesty, pro-cutting taxes, and pro-record deficits, just like his hero, Ronald Reagan.
