That's like asking who's the more skilled actor; Britney Spears or Paris Hilton.

I guess Giuliani if that's all the choices I get.

well I don't think you can really compare the decisions the President of the United States has to make with the decisions the mayor of New York has to make. They are on a whole completely different level. but I don't think George Bush really makes very sound decisions..or probably makes decisions on his own at all. I don't know much about Giuliani.

Al Gore, He would have negotiated those hijackers out of crashing into the Twin Towers on 9-11. His diplomacy would have stopped the terrorist, sorry "freedom fighters" once they heard about the ice packs melting it would have melted their little Islamist hearts and they would have realized all the pollution that would occur from the destruction of these buildings and the follow up use of fossil fuels by our military because Al would have to do something to appease the warmongers. Damn them why couldn't the Supreme Court break the Constitution like they did for Abortion and let Al find his 500 votes in the recount of the Democratic Counties of Florida.

Rudy has made many good decisions, which is why the crime rate in New York City dropped by about 65% while he was the mayor. Bush has listened to the Dick Cheney crowd too much.

Leaving Bush alone as his decisions are more well known....

Rudy:

Despite the fact the the World Trade Center is known to be the #1 terrorist target in the US, after the 1993 bombing, Rudy puts his emergency command center in WTC #7

Rudy failed to address issues with firemen's communications devices

Rudy recommends a criminal to head Homeland security (Bernie Kerik, his business partner)

WTF? Are you nuts?

GW is leading us to WW-III as fast as he can! He has no sense of diplomacy, leadership or what is good for America.

I think the primary reason terrorist haven't attacked us again is that they take one look ar GW and start to feel sorry for us!

As for Giuliani - what is his real claim to fame - He was tough on crime in the mid 80's and took on the mafia. The mafia put a contract our on him when they were killing so many people that even the paper boy had a contract on him.

Giuliani is the man that gets credit for being a hero and being on the ground after 911. Do you even know why he was really on the ground?

He moved his Emergency management command center into the basement of the WTC after the 1st bombing in 1993. After everyone told him that was a terrible idea. His advisers told him to use the Bronx because there are no significant targets in that area. He was on the ground because he had no where else to go! He was a "decider" two.

Giuliani and GW - the two dumbest men in America that get portrayed as tough guy heroes for being idiots.

Only in America!

This is a loaded question. Giuliani can't make a good personal decision if his wife I mean life depended on it. But Bush couldn't make a good political decision if our children's lives depended on.

Neither. Rudy was a Mayor and former playboy, Bush is still an Alcoholic who is also untreated. He has no common sense and lives in his own world.
