Usually folks use the curly parsley, rather than the flat (Italian) leafed parsley.

Any parsley is good. But, the oil from the seeds is actually much more effective at freshening your breath. Those fresh breath pills made from parsley were actually gel caps filled with parsley seed oil.

Just the usual fresh parsley from the market or your garden is the way to go.

All varieties have a very "green" taste, but to be sure it's organic, grow your own. It likes cool temps and lots of sun, so it's great for a potted plant. I keep mine out all year and replant as I see the flower stalks start...which, by the way, are beautiful also...and the time the plant is the most pungent!

Try some cardommon seeds. They are excellent. Asian people use them all the time. Just chew, not swallow.
