Of course. Every girl would like that (unless they're really weird and don't like to feel good.)
It's only immature if they throw in something super-dirty or lewd, but just saying they're hot is no big deal.
ADD: IMHO, guys should do that more often. My boyfriend doesn't believe it when I tell him that no one has ever randomly come up to me and told me I was hot before, but it's true. he says they must be too intimidated, but whatever. All I know is that it would definitely make my day if they did. Not if they're really looking to get somewhere, but just say it and walk off. That would make my day.

I like when guys tell me I'm hot in public, it lets me know I'm still on point in the looks department. But to shout it out in public like that is immature, so I don't respond verbally, i just wink smile and keep it movin'.

No! I wouldnt be mad or anything cuz its a compliment but it just makes the guy look like an idiot. Only a boy who is immature and just wants to "get in your pants" would say that, but a man with intelligence would know to get a girls attention in another way.

Ummmm.... it depends on whether the guy that says that to you is hot himself. If a totally not hot guy tells me that in front of all these people I would not like that, because his taste is totally lame (even if I am hot). Now if I am with all my friends and a really hot guy comes up to me and says your hot, then sure I would like that. Hope this helped, you better be hot lol!

I don't think it is immature... I think some ladies do like that... You have to act like you mean it... And not like all you want is sex... Some girls think that is all most guys want... Most guys do I guess... Me I love it when MY man calls me hot... Good luck...

Depends on how he says it & what he expects after he says it. Initially I find it flattering but if he says it w/the connotation of expecting something or being sleezy. Not so much.
