I'm really interested in hearing people's experiences -- what were your challenges? Do you have any advice (for either etsy or paypal use)? I read 'PayPal for Dummies' online, but would love to hear other people's experiences before I jump in. Thanks so much.

Paypal hasn't been any problem for me, I've had the account for just over 3 years now.
I know an artist who got an etsy.com shop and she really loves it, it branched out her online regular web page very well (she has a livejournal page on the home web page store too). She's had sales, been picked as the special note of the day, etc. Likes it MUCH better than eBay.

paypal is pretty safe and easy, it is now owned by eBay. never heard of esty before.
