If I dressed as leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and starting chasing people around with a chainsaw and yelling and screaming. Even if the chainsaw had the chain taken off?

It depends where you did it.
In San Francisco they'd probably encourage you to do it naked.
In North Korea the government would arrest you for owning your own chainsaw.

No I dont think so. I would set a (or your) house up for the event and pop out and chase people. That way they know its a joke. I personally think thats a good idea. Good luck. Happy Halloween.

They would call the police and say some maniac is after me. I would. So, yes, you would get arrested, then tested for alcohol abuse and if your high or not, then you would be interrigated, and then let go. Dont do it.
