There is no harm in using more than one form of birth control, such as BCP, condoms, spermicide, and withdrawl (if after all the others you're still concerned), but I would be worried about someone who uses more than one form of medication.
If she is using different types of BCP at once, this could be dangerous. I doubt her doctor would prescribe more than one for her. Usually a doc will prescribe the highest does BCP that a person can safely take (differs for everyone).
If she is taking the morning after pill after each time she has sex...well, that's a little excessive. The MAP makes most women feel very ill, and since it is a high-dose version of some BCP, I would say it is not good for her body to be taking so much hormone in at once. Sounds to me like she is not really ready to be having sex if she is so paranoid about getting pregnant. THink about it this way: BCP taken PROPERLY is more than 99% effective. Condoms are about 80% effective on their own. So if BCP fails, condom backs it up; if condom has spermicide that also backs it up. If he's withdrawing, after all that, there is little chance of pregnancy. She shouldn't be abusing the morning after pill.

Okay obviously she's WAYYYY not ready to have a baby so why is she having so much sex? Using the pill, condoms, and pulling out isn't unhealthy but that many plan B pills gets very expensive and you're not supposed to take it more than 4-5 times a year. Hell, just using a condom and the pill should do her just fine.

The morning after pill is only meant for emergency situations when there is a high risk of pregnancy. It is NOT a regular b/c method and should not be used more than a few times in a year, if that. The other three are fine.

Using The pill, condoms and the pull out method are not dangerous to be used together and are actually EXTRA safe b/c there is no risk of pregnancy.
HOWEVER using the morning after pill everytime IS VERY dangerous. The morning after pill is only to be used in emergency's!! Infact the morning after pill is only to be used 4 times a year and thats the MAXIMUM.

i think the birth control pills plus condoms are an excellent idea, but as for taking the morning after pill, that seems a bit excessive. i'm pretty sure there could be some complications when you take the morning after pill, so that could be dangerous

She's only taking 2 kinds of medication. Sounds like you should check with a pharmacist and ask that question. If nothing else, she should be reading the warning labels on the morning after pill to check for interactions.

Ok it is not worng for her, if her bc pill is well prescribed; the only bad side effects she might actually have come from her bc pill, but no condoms no pulling out.
But she really shoudln´t take that much care, bc pills trick your body thinking it is pregnant so it diens´t get pregnant and doens´t release any egg.
She doens´t even have to use condoms, but if she wants be sure it´s ok.
About the pull out method, well, ot is completely unecesary, even using a condom gives you safe for that. so you can have complete intercourse, without having to stop at the middle.
Good luck! ;D

wow she's trying to be thorough.
I don't think that it would cause harm to her.
Now if she were taking several HORMONAL birth controls I'd worry.
