Estee Lauder have the best foundations and concealers. Like you I have combination skin and luckily no wrinkles yet, I've tried everything, but have never found anything better than Estee Lauder. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for, it's better value because of the quality and the fact that it lasts longer than the cheaper brands.

My skin has the same concerns as yours! I use Lancome Effacernes waterproof concealer - it lasts! For a foundation, I have redness that needs to be evened out, I use Estee Lauder Individualist natural finish makeup. You don't need much of this foundation, but it works wonders! The counters should be able to give you a 10 day sample to try so you can see how it looks in lighting other than a department stores' fluorescent bulbs.Take the time to use a powder that you apply with a brush as it looks more natural and tends to set in lines much less than applying with a sponge. This will help to set your makeup. Make sure that you use a gentle exfoliator once a week to get rid of dead/dry skin, an eye cream for dark circles (Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair has been around for years because it works!), and a good moisturizer.

Any mineral-based makeup would be great for your skin. Check out EverydayMinerals.com, their makeup is of the same... or even better... quality as Bare Escentuals and costs half the price.
If you want something you can buy in any drugstore, try Physicians Formula Brand cosmetics. They have a yellow concealer that costs about $6 or less, and is especially used for under-eye circles. WORKS GREAT. Also, Almay makeup makes a great concealer (I think its called 16hour lasting concealer) which is great for minor blemish cover-up.

i love bobbi brown make-up. they have a bunch of different formulas. be sure to have somebody color match your skin. And if possible take the mirror when you are being tested out to natural daylight. The perfect foundation will disappear on your skin.
They also make a wonderful blemish concealer stick and this great eye brightner product for dark under eye circles.

i like bare minerals but it's a little expensive. if not bare minerals, you should buy a good tinted moisturizer and then just use a yellow concealer and translucent/mineral powder. that's what i have to do, because i have the same problems you do. the yellow concealer really helps a lot, i use neutrogena's correcting concealer
