What's the *best* costume you've had

So far in my life it would be my chainmail hauberk made of over 30,000 16 gauge steel rings and my full suit of plate armor, made from stainless steel and aircraft aluminum. I've put about 200 hours into making the chainmail, and about 80 hours into hammering out and engraving the plate armor. I can move in it, run in it, fight in it, and even tumble in it. It is designed to take hits from rattan swords, as I fight in the Society for Creative Anachronism. With the helm on I don't really look like anything more than a suit of armor - until I move.
