Physical - a couple of car accidents, a few bad falls, broken bones, age.
Mental - several mental bruises from bad treatment in the past.
But, I'm still me, and it takes a lot to really really get me down.

Think I'm following in my mother's footsteps with the arthritis. As far as the fibro'...the jury is still out. Some are saying that it can be brought on by trauma or severe emotional stress or illness. I fall into those categories....especially the traumas from car accidents and an off-the-wall first marriage. As long as it's finally being recognized and addressed, that's all I really can ask for.

Car accidents. Jumping out of a convertible while moving. Arthritis. Carpal tunnel. Beat up by a boyfriend once. And I can feel changes in the weather now. Migraines since puberty and broken bones.

Physical as well, one too many falls on the ice and car accidents in the pass. I do get mental pain too when I worry about the kids, even though they are great I still worry.
For the most part I am pretty lucky and in good shape.

I'm really very lucky at 65 - no aches, no pains. Seldom get headaches, back used to be a problem but no longer and other parts work fairly well without discomfort.
Only one thing OCCASIONALLY hurts...my right wrist and lower arm, due to surgery when I broke it 3 yrs ago [have an implant]

Mine are both, arthritis, too lazy to get moving once in a while, subsequently when you do it hurts. For me, I fix the 'mind set' and move on. There's not stopping the arthritis, missing the kids, less than satisfying relationships, so I swear....I'm not giving into them!!

How are you eating? proper nutrition is important. Do you take vitamins? also important. Do you work out? walking or what ever physical activity you like to do...important......I would say, if you're not doing these things it could be a contributing factor to your aches and pains.
