Your wording doesn't make sense. You say your visa has lapsed in Turkey indicating you're in that country. Then you want to know if it is safe to exit (leave or depart from) Greece. If you're really wanting to go from Turkey to Greece then you may have a problem. When I was in Turkey if your papers weren't in order you'd be thrown in jail (not a nice place) and much later someone may be allowed to straighten it out. If I was you and the cop stopped me and after inspection offered to let you proceed by paying him a fine I'd pay, thank my lucky stars i wasn't being detained and get across the border post haste.
