Contrary to popular opinion, unemployment is actually a good thing. People who lose their jobs for whatever reason stimulate the economy in many ways. Some start their own business that create more jobs.
Too little unemployment and the economy would stagnate.

Deal with other countries unemployment? that's a tough one as you're talking about dealing with corrupt politicians from other countries who need to keep their population(s) subjugated by keeping them poor and uneducated lest the masses rise and overthrow them!
There are alot of other related issues to a country's unemployment problem that need to be addressed first before a phased approach to implementing those changes can occur.
Politicians fear a well educated and informed populace that is not dependent upon the government.

First we need a TRUE indicator of unemployment. People are only counted as unemployed while they are drawing unemployment compensation. When this ends they are removed from the rolls. Whether or not they have found a job. True unemployment is estimated at twice the national statistic now touted. I personally believe it is much higher.

You will always have unemployment. Out of 100 people you will always have a certain amount of people who do not like to work.
So the only way to stop unemployment is to create a pure socialist society. The government is responsible for the creation of jobs. Any one that refuses to work and support society is dragged out in the street and killed

No offense, but isn't that their problem? I'd say the US has enough of it's own issues to deal with.
