Moved out when i was 17. Moved in with a friend started renting a few months later. Bought my first house at 18 2 months after graduating High School. Still have the house and Have been on my own ever since. That was 9 years ago.

16 to live with my boyfriend- still the only person I've been with. When you look at my home life anyone would do the same. I would never have graduated or gone to college if I stayed. That is bad to say but I know my parents were the worst influences on me. Really, they stopped helping me when I was 13 I just lived there.

At age 17 as a married woman. What a mistake that was! But I have no real regrets-a wonderful daughter and two grand daughters after putting up with only 5 years of B.S.

16. I left to london to attend highschool as a exchange student. When I came back I was so used to being on my own I never went back to live at home. I turned 18 and moved to europe with family.
