I felt nasty the morning of the day I went into labor... maybe it's time! The bowel problem could easily be explained by increased activity of the uterus aggravating the bowels. Same with nausea... If you are able to keep it down, I'd take a prenatal (for the muscle cramps, maybe deficient in something), drink some water and get lots of rest... because it sounds like you're boarding the Orient Express to the labor and delivery room! Congrats and Have a great Day!

Girl, it sounds to me like you'll be having that baby within the next 24 hours! Seriously, that's what happened to me when I went into labor with my son. I stayed at home as long as I could until the pain was unbearable. Make sure you are timing your contractions! Good luck!

Keep moving your legs as if you are doing leg lifts this should loosten the mustles a little. You could be in labor as well. I was in labor (light) labor for 4 days before my child delivered. just make sure you keep moving your legs the longer you don't the weaker you are going to feel. Good luck on your delivery

Call your doctor being you're having leg cramps. This could be from swelling, which could mean your blood pressure could be going a little bit higher.
If you're 39 weeks, they may opt to induce if that's the case.
Please, for you and your baby's sake...call your doctor.

Sounds like you have a circulation problem to
begin with.
Do follow the Doctors advice on rest.
The leg cramping might be due to poor circulation.
elevating your legs for a few minutes every
half hour or so might help.

Just relax, you may be going into labor soon so don't take any meds they could affect the birthing process. It'll soon be over and you'll have a beautiful little person there next to you.
Good luck and Congratulations!!

A 39 weeks, I have to say that the only solution for your problem is having your baby. Good luck to you. I hope, for your sake, it comes soon.

If you can tolerate it, try drinking small amount of tonic water for the leg cramps. It sounds to me like you're very close to labor. Get as much rest as you can-you're going to need it.

Hot pads across your legs and keep your legs slightly elevated. Make sure that you have some support on your lower back because I am sure that is also hurting. CONGRATULATIONS...
