They work like 97% of the time...but it's best if coupled off with some other type of birth-control..but don't ever make the mistake of thinking of increasing the success rate by using 2 condoms coz that only increases the chances of both of them tearing due to friction....

Yes, but most people do not know how to use them properly. Condoms have less than a 2% failure rate, that percentage accounts mostly from improper use.

they do if they have been properly stored and haven't been tampered with.
Nothing is 100% safe with the exception of absenance, but if you pair using a condom with taking birth control you are going to be safer than with just using a condom.

to prevent pregnancy? if used correctly, 98% of the time. but are not always used properly. if this is not a person you are willing to spend a lifetime raiseing a kid with, maybe you should rethink the idea of sex with him.

if you are concerned with STD's. no. many STD's can still be passed during sex, even with a condom.

Your best bet is to use two types of protection like a condom and be on birth control. Because most guys do stupid stuff like put a pin hole in the tip for the semen to come out of it.

What the hell kind of question is that? Condoms work most of the time unless they break. So I guess make your man wear two condoms just to be safe. For the most part they do work.
