Depends...now Bill Clinton defined it differently and many have followed with their own perspectives. Sex, no matter how you do it, is applying or stimulating a genital area. You can have sex alone or with a partner(s).
Some also see "virginity" as a state of mind and a substitute for the word "innocence." How you feel is far more important than the term you give it.

If he has penetrated your vagina with his penis, then you are not a virgin and you have had sex. You can have sex with most of your clothes on anyway, and you dont need to be in a bed to have sex. If you don't even know what you've done then you really shouldn't be doing anything sexual with your boyfriend.. you sound really young and uninformed.

I guess it all matters what ones definition of sex is. If you just have oral or anal sex then you would still be considered a virgin. However, if you have vaginal sex then you can no longer be considered on.
