I'm not fat, my BMI is normal. I'm a 34B/36B cup size, and I just feel that my boobs are too big. I don't want to get them done or anything, I just want them to look smaller! If I buy a full coverage bra in a size or two smaller, would that help?
It's driving me crazy!!!

It depends on your outerware. Floating stuff
will smooth as too tight jumpers may underline.
I'm same size, and you sure can't say I tip over. :p

Naw, don't get anything smaller because you are just going to squish out the sides and everyone will see your bra lines...:( I would suggest wearing a full coverage bra - maybe even a sports bra with excellent support. Of course don't use padded bras. You know, I would suggest going to a specialty bra store or lingerie store and get fitted for a good bra. They will have some good suggestions for bras - tell them what you want and they can point you in the right direction.

P.S. 34B isn't really that big. A and B cups are quite small in comparison to what is out there and the 34 and 36 are just the circumference of your rib cage and chest. I'm about that and when I don't want to 'show my assets' I wear sports bras or bras with no underwire!

I think that is a normal size but I'd try sports bras. They always smoosh mine down to nothing. If you buy a size or 2 smaller you are going to get muffin tops. That is where the boob fat pops out he top and sidesof your bra. That looks bad.

B is sort of small to be honest. You can always bind them. Try being 5", with a small frame in a D cup. That is me. I think that you should love your skin. You would not be considered busty in any circles. If you want to be completely flat, you should think about binding. Since you are naturally small chested anyway, it would not be as difficult as someone that was busty. You could actually hide them with a loose fitting shirt.

It may not be healthy in the long term to smash your mammery glands into a space that is not adequate for them ,for long periods of time.
Baggy clothes, a vest, black, are all methods of disguising your areas without harming them.
They are made of fat and glands so you might consider losing weight or taking weight training to firm them up.
Please do not deform or harm your body in order to fit into the lastest fashion some demented fashionisto conjured up in a drug infused fantasy and attempts to reproduce it in reality. Women no longer look like women. At least not in Los Angeles.

No, that won't make you look smaller--that will probably just give you double boob. If you want a great example of double boob, watch I Love New York.
Stay away from extremely printed tops, turtlenecks, tight tshirts, shirts with pockets, try wearing a sportsbra also.

Depending on where you go, you can find a minimizer bra. They minimize your cup size. I think they only make them in the bigger sizes, but there's no harm in checkin. But if you want my opinion, I think your breast size if fine and not too big at all.

You're a B and you think they are too big? Im a B and I think they arent big enough. But a regular bra, maiden form is good. It doesnt push them up or out.. it just holds them comfortable. They wont look so big and they'll look natural.

It would help if you had a pic of you so others could see your body size and proportions. Sounds like you are normal but maybe need to try a different fitting bra.

yes, get a full coverage bra in a smaller size. Also those sports bras really tend to flatten everything and spread it out too.

???????? I don't understand, Why do you think they are to big? If you are self conscious, a sports bra mite help BUT you should be proud of your body =) I'm a 36 C and I LOVE my ladies! Be proud girl! People pay big bucks to have a chest like yours =)
