ABC News George Stephanopoulos said John Edwards. I know Hillary had troubles and well, I did not get the program. But many have different views. You can Google Democrat Debate and pick up some there too. Cheers.
try this :)

I don't know if I would call anyone a winner, but John Edwards had the strongest showing. Hillary Clinton was on the defensive the entire night, and managed to contradict herself badly on immigration reform (there was a question regarding driver's licenses for illegal immigrants in New York. She both supported it, and called it a bad idea).
No one else *really* stood out. Biden & Richardson had some great, strong answers, but it's still not enough for them to become front-runners. Obama seemed a little awkward, the crowd wasn't with him (his opening-speech joke about Rocky fell flat, even here in Philly), and he wasn't as tenacious as he needed to be to outshine Edwards & Clinton. And Kucinich completely torpedoed whatever chance he may have had by calling repeatedly for Bush's impeachment and admitting he'd seen a UFO.

I would say Biden and Dodd. They came off as the most intelligent. Biden easily had the best line and soundbite of the night "a noun a verb, and 9/11". That was brilliant. Biggest applause and laughter from the audience Dodd challenged Hillary on the driver's liscenses on illiegal immigrants pretty well. Edwards did ok too. Not great but ok. Better than he had been doing. Hillary was under attack more so she wasn't as smooth as she has been, but she didn't really screw up until the illegal immigrant driver's licenses until the end. Obama didn't really do that well, he stumbled at times.

This may sound strange, but I think the real winner in last night's debate was Gravel. The attention he got from the controversy surrounding his exclusion was far greater then any exposure he would have gotten on stage.
Of the rest, I think Edwards came out strong, and could start to emerge as the consensus A.B.C (anyone but Clinton) candidate.

I thought Kucinich gave the most thoughtful and truthful answers and since Im a Ron Paul supporter, his references to the Constitution were great. Too bad he blew it with the UFO thing.

I dunno who won but I do know Clinton lost. As usual she did not take anything seriously. She did not answer a question and cackled for us. I guess she thinks we want a cackler for president.
Or it could be she thinks she will win on her good looks! HA!
