Do you know who his wife is, Margaret Hodge MP, and Judge Hodge who also made the ruling about Learco Chindamo who killed the Headmaster Philip Lawrence, there is no justice in this at all and i wish someone would see that the European Court of Human rights is protecting these scum and laughing in the face of the victims. That scumbag who sexually assaulted all of these women is free to go about his business and will as everyone believes do it again. This government are spineless, worthless cretins who have reneged on almost of of their promises and one specific was to deport criminals back to their own countries after their sentence was over. This man by the way was let out early from previous sexual assault and went on to do commit more crimes. I listened with incredulity this morning to the woman who was brave enough to stand up and say this isn't justice for me and those other women. I would put him on plane out of here so fast would your head spin and hope that the b****d suffers a long lingering death.

I assume you meant the case that was on TV in UK this morning and reported in today's paper.

I think it said on the telly the guy was 'only' 19 and had no family in Sierra Leone. And it would be against 'his' Human rights. And if you believe that, you believe in fairies. Human rights. The guy isn't human to begin with. These judges and alot of MP's are so far out of touch with reality, it's unbelievable! I think he should be put down like a rabid dog. But you can guarantee he would be well looked after in the youth offender hostel, he will probably end up in. Yes there will be plenty of social workers at his beck and call.

Seeing as you mentioned him not being deported I am guessing he staying here illegal?

I have a strong view on this idea, they claim our jails are overcrowded but I know first hand that if we deported all illegal immigrants and EU Citizens who come here for work after they commited a crime instead of treating them like kings in jail then the prisons would be empty.

There is one prisoner in my local prisoner who is a nigerian who had killed someone in a stolen car. He was put in prison in this country. They refused to deport him because he would be killed in his own country because of his views as he is openly gay. Apparently it is against his human rights to send him back so now the tax payers of this country have to pay to keep him here. Also when he finishes his sentance he will most likely be given citizenship because they can't deport him. The whole system is wrong.

Also there is only one thing that still carries the death penalty in the UK and that is High Treason I do believe so unless he sexually assulted the Queen the law wouldn't alow it

hanging is a bit, well, medievil, don't you think? But a good dose of lethal injection would certainly end the problems....I don't understand the legal system anymore, i mean, the enxt victim should be able to sue for him not being deported, because he would offend again, and it would be that judges fault, really....

This piece of scum should have his bits hacked off with a blunt knife,
Then hung drawn and quartered, Then burnt at the stake using the bodies of liberal judges soaked in petrol to fuel the flames,
Now that makes me feel a little better,
korky.

what you have said is correct,. Absolutely. Will things like this happen again of course they will this is idiotic England where the offender gets more attention than the victims, and seemingly our law lords are incapable of seeing common sense, and certainly not the will of the people.

Too bad the guy is not gay, and the JUDGE was the next raped.

ABSOLUTELY SHOULD BE HANGED...IN PUBLIC!

truth...I do not see how people call hanging "cruel and unusual". ELEVEN SEXUAL ASSAULTS! THAT is cruel and unusual. To me, cutting off a half-inch and salting the stub each day until gone, THEN hanging would be cruel and unusual, but hanging a sexual assailant, a brutal murderer, etc...That is NOT cruel and unusual.

Judges have to pay regard to the law. If it's a bad law only parliament can change it.
