Could I generally refers to if you have the ability.

May I refers to asking permission.

"May I go to the pharmacy" is correct.

"Can I go to the pharmacy" is also in common usage. It was once considered incorrect, but no longer is.

"Could" is a conditional word. It would be correct to say "Could I go to the pharmacy if I finish my homework?"
