How do I make my computer think I'm in the US?

I'm in France and wanting to watch episodes online from abc.com, but the site says that they're online available to viewers in the US. How do I trick them into thinking I'm there?

U can't really, as the site looks at the IP address that you connect form, and being as you're connecting from France, it's a french IP address.
