What are the prices to own as opposed to renting in this section?

My husband is finding decent apartments in Sale and Fes for as little as $25,000-40,000. Casa would be more expensive because it's the economic capital of Morocco. Agadir is probably the most expensive area, from my limited knowledge.
Sarah knows this stuff well but I know she's sleeping right now, along with her little Princess.

There aren't any co-ops but there are apartments. To own an apartment in any section, you need to know more (ie how many square meters does the place have). It could cost any where from $800-$950 per square meter. So we can say that you would probably find an apartment for about $65,000.
