Oh so many problems with my little car. Its a 93 2D V6 cavalier. First, the power windows barely work, they go down alright but it like shakes and shudders when i try to make them go up (doesn't actual go up however).

While driving I hear a high pitched squealing sound, it STOPS when I brake or make a left turn, then promptly resumes the annoying sound.

Today when I got home from the store, the passenger side door refuses to close, nothing seems wrong with the latch or anything, its like its hitting something as I try to close it.

I'm fairly sure junking the car would be the best option, as it has countless other issues but financially its not an option at this point.

The squealing you hear is a good indication that your brakes are worn to the wear sensors and that noise will go away when they applied. I advise you get them checked before you do enough damage to have to need replacement rotors (that's a larger expense). As for the window shutter, the weatherstripping might not have any felt on it anymore so it's galss rubbing on rubber...don't lube it, it will only get all over the window. A common problem with the doors is the hinge pins, you can usually get that repaird for about $100 or so, the kit doesn't cost too much and it should be about an hour or so for the labor.

Window problem = window motor going bad or window tracks needs to be lubed.
Squealing sound = brake wear sensors...you need new front brakes soon or bend the wear sensor spring on the pads away from the rotors to stop the noise---temporary solution...brakes should be replaced before they damage the rotors..
Door latch problem = perhaps the door latch is not flipped to the open position, try pulling on the door handle and use a screwdriver to open the latch itself so it can grab the striker when you close the door. Could also be the door is sagging and needs to be adjusted or have new hinge pins installed.
