The vile views expressed on the Internet sites are not representative of the British public. We are absolutely 100% behind them in their search for their abducted daughter Madeleine. Good luck

Do you agree?
Thanks

Hey Kamran, why don't you use just one ID?

I sincerely hope some of the views I've read on the internet don't represent people in general.
There's nothing wrong with having a healthy scepticism as to whether the McCanns are innocent, but a few people are absolutely vile.
Yes, I'm 100% behind their search for Madeleine, even though I sometimes disagree with the way they are going about it.

I like Sam J's answer.
Having just looked at your remarks again, it could be seen another way. Perhaps there are a few stubburn people who are not behind them, so that takes the number down. However....you might mean that we, the majority of the British public, are fully and wholeheartedly behind them in hoping that they find Madeleine. That is a much better way to phrase it. My question yesterday, about anti-McCanns hoping that Madeleine would be found, even managed to illicit some positive replies, even from them.

I do agree with you that the large majority of people probably do wish that she is found. That actually means that the majority of people in the country are indeed behind them IN THEIR SEARCH, the key point.

It is unfortunate that many people are distracted by the McCann's original neglect at the resort. They will probably face neglect charges one day.

But the majority of people do want her back, certainly.

Edit: Computer problem, so adding more.
It is also unfortunate that a number of people are distracted by the lack of emotion that they have shown, by what they have spent their fund money on, by their choice of spokesman, by the lack of publicity that other missing children have missed, by the formal suspect rating, by the attention that they recieve on here, we can go on.

But it is all a distraction.

I believe that very many of us would love for Madeleine to be found and are behind them at least for that.

I agree with you well said. The Internet haters are few in number say about 20 or so some with several names.

The UK population is 60 million approx.
60,000,000 UK people less 20 = 59,999.980 people on the side of the McCanns, 20 haters do not matter, let them hate

You know I hate it when people generalise with the word "we". Who are the "we" that are absolutely behind the McCanns? How on earth do you know that the views people make are not representative of the British public? Since when did you become the spokesperson for the public? Are you the new Clarence Mitchell? Also how do you know she was abducted? Where is your evidence?

Yes I agree. I have children and cannot imagine going on without them and trying to keep strong to try and find them. Everytime I go there, I shy away at the thought of the pain and despair they must be feeling.

Something somewhere is not 100% rergarding Madeleine`s disappearance, but the total incompetence of the Portugese police has made a farce of the whole situation. We can only pray that she is safe and will be returned to her parents.

I think the way their every move is now in the press is bad for their babies. I wish the press would let this story drop now for there cannot be a single person in the UK who does not know of Maddie and her plight, the publicity should continue abroad but we really do not need to hear the ins and outs of the McCanns lives, this needs to stop, and for that I will give my star.

This story's bs and I feel terrible for all the legitimate abduction cases out there that can't have the luxury of all the publicity to find a truly lost or abducted child.
