Sure. I'll show you how to do the first one:
4x+3=2x+11
Your first step is to group like terms, so you want to move all the x's to one side of the equation and all the whole numbers to the other.
4x-2x=11-3
(remember when you move a part of the equation to the other side, the sign changes)
Then, just work the problem:
2x=8
Divide both sides by 2, so you get:
x=4

1) 4x+ 3 = 2x +11
4x - 2x = 11 - 3
2x = 8
x = 8 / 2
x = 4
2) 5x + 7 + 3x + 11
8x + 18
2(4x + 9)
3) 2x - 4 = 5x - 19
2x - 5x = -19 + 4
-3x = -5
x = -5 / -3
x = 5 / 3
4) 6x - 2 = 3x + 10
6x - 3x = 10 +2
3x = 12
x = 4
5) 7x + 4 + 10x - 20
17x - 16
6) 9x + 7 = 15 + 1
9x = 15 + 1 - 7
9x = 9
x = 1
7) 8x + 3 = 2x + 21
8x - 2x = 21 - 3
6x = 18
x = 3
8) 3x - 6 = 10 - x
3x + x = 10 + 6
4x = 16
x = 4
9) 2x - 3 = 3 - 4x
2x + 4x = 3 + 3
6x = 6
x = 1
10) 3x + 4 = 18 - 4x
3x + 4x = 18 - 4
7x = 14
x = 2
11) 10 - 4x = 3x + 3
- 4x - 3x = 3 -10
- 7x = -7
x = 1
12) 9x - 3 = 19 - 2x
9x + 2x = 19 + 3
11x = 22
x = 2

1)
4x + 3 = 2x + 11
or
2x + 3 = 11
therefore 2x = 8 thus x = 4
2)
5x + 7 = 3x +11
or
2x + 7 = 11
thus 2x = 4 so x = 2
Good luck with the rest !

yes but ill tell you the method:
isolate the x in each:
whenever you send a term to the other side of the "=" sign, change it's sign. for example: in (1)
4x+3=2x+11
4x - 2x + 3 = 11
2x +3 = 11
2x = 11 - 3
2x = 8
in case of multiplication, divide:
x = 8/2
x=4
