I've never found anything on Monster, and I've been trying for over a year. I've never gotten any responses or interviews using them - I don't know why the companies even bother to post jobs there if they aren't going to hire anyone from that site. (And I have two masters degrees and years of experience, so you aren't the only one having a problem there. I've also had a professional resume service review my resume, and that is also OK.) The economy stinks, and jobs are scarce. You are at a disadvantage because you don't have work experience. I'd suggest going to a temporary agency - Kelly Services, Ajilon (I liked Ajilon - I did well with them), Adecco, Manpower, etc. You may have to do typing and clerical work, but it will get you some experience, and if the company you are sent to likes you, they may hire you from the temp agency. I once got a temp job in a large company's customer service department - and they did have openings there and were looking to hire. So, it can happen. Meanwhile, you'll be working, building up a resume, and getting paid, and you might find a job at a company you like and who may hire you from the temp agency. Good luck.

Monster.com is just a site that the staffing companies use. I never use it because of that reason. The best place I found was the local workforce commission or unemployment center. I got my last 2 jobs there and I have been promoted once and in line for another. The other sites would be>>

Try building your own wealth rather than somebody else's. Ton's of people have told you it's not possible. The money to be made is serious, if you are.
