It's a given that your party has provided respected leaders. Bush is indefensible. When will you, Republican leaders and the right-wing media start a meaningful discussion of George Bush's ineptitude? The longer the relapse...the better the chances of a Democrat sweep in 2008.

To this point not a single Republican presidential candidate has attacked Bush.

Again, when will the back-stabbing start?

I wasn't looking for a "rise". Thankfully some good Republicans have seen thru this POS.

The smart republicans already have (which tells you something about the intelligence of most republicans since most of them haven't yet)...

But hey...if they want to stay on a sinking ship I say let them. Their biggest nightmares are about to become true because of it. President Hillary Clinton...or a Black man as president?? Ronnie will roll over in his grave and he has only himself to blame...

"thou shall not attack thy fellow republican"

Even if they are idiots....

When Bush was reelected it was mostly because people knew he would defend our country. Whether Republicans or anyone else agrees with his stance on other issues is moot at this point. Nothing will get accomplished by Bush or the Democratic controlled Congress as long as it is election year. What people need to focus on is who we put into office next. Who will really do something about immigration, terrorism, taxes, etc.

Dont know where this question is coming from. Have you seen all the presidential candidates for the Republican party? None, except Gulliani, are even speaking to Bush. No photo ops, no calls, hardly anything. They are all stearing clear of him, and for good reason, his approval rating is only 24%! They have been quitely deserting him for some time now.

lol! You are funny! I as a Republican know that the President isn't perfect and I don't agree with all his decisions but I think he's done a great job and I don't focus on his mistakes but on his victories! I don't think the president should have anything to do with the next election cause he isn't going to be running!! We need to take our focus or I should say the democrats need to take their focus off the president and on who will lead the nation next! THIS is exactly why the Republicans will win cause the democrats can't seem to move on!

Bush doesn't really need anymore support, he's not running for, can't run for re election. If you want me to say I regret voting for the guy, twice, I'd have to say look who the alternatives were. I still think I voted for the best candidate, both times.

Where have you been? Talk show hosts, Reps and websites call call him out on his short-comings all the time?
Is this a meaningful post or are you trying to get a rise out of us?

Bush has made plenty of mistakes as president (immigration, spending) but he hasn't made even half of the mistakes the left tries to saddle him with. There's no reason to "desert" Bush as his term is coming to end and he's not up for re-election.

Apparently you aren't listening to talk radio. Most of the talk show hosts, except maybe Hannity, are criticizing Bush for his failed policies and handling of the war in Iraq.

Only people who hate America should desert the President of the greatest country in the world's history. Dem's are completely blinded by their hate of Bush and Republicans in general. It's a sorry fact that the media has taken up the dem cause and does not report fair or accurately...

As soon as you begin to admit what's wrong with your candidates and jump ship on them. We openly admit to the things we find wrong with Bush. When will the dems start being honest?
