Actually anything at all...you're not supposed to eat anything right before bed...since you're metabolism isn't running as high the food will just sit in there and not get burned up......

well they say it's not a great idea to eat before bed. But if you are hungry, usually a peice of fruit is good...i'll do that sometimes. and for me, a nice cup of tea to drink:)

Things that have alot of sugar!! They give scary dreams!! Dont eat fruits or veggiess.....you'll have cramps ( gas ) Have a small glass of water, milk , or sleepy time brand tea is really nice too!!! Hope I helped!!! Sweet Dreams!! LOL

Milk and cookies, then a couple of glasses of 12% wine. Me and my husband did that on our honeymoon, and he drank more wine than me. We both ended up sick.

definitely caffeine...just talked to a sleep doc who said you shouldn't drink coffee/cola after noon...it stays in your system for a LONG time and can make it hard to sleep...

Orange and tangerine... They contain C vitamin... C vitamin misses or opens the sleep...
