Has anyone else noticed the moral and ethical degredation that has been becomming worse and worse over the last 5-6 years?
I have noticed that people have become hardened, calloused and just downright frightening when it comes down to even the most innocent of things.
Noone seems to care anymore. Noone appears to want to take respopnsibility for actions of themselves or of others if there is a chain of command.
Its as if society in general has deteriorated to such a point that trust is all but lost, and money is all that has any meaning anymore.
I have seen with my own eyes people who will not move an i nch, even if someone is hurting, suffering or in severe physical or mental anguish, tat unless money is offered or given, help will not be provided.
This makes me sick to my stomach, literally.
I see people taken advantage of, misunderstood and abused everyday, by bullies, thugs and even "regular people".
Police arrest others for minor infractions, letting felons run wild.

It won't be long.

"But know this, that in the LAST DAYS critical times hard to deal with will be here. For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, self-assuming, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, betrayers, headstrong, puffed up [with pride], lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, having a form of godly devotion but proving false to its power; and from these turn away." (2 Timothy 3:1-5)
"While he was sitting upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples approached him privately, saying: “Tell us, When will these things be, and what will be the sign of your presence and of the CONCLUSION of the system of things?...and because of the increasing of lawlessness the love of the greater number will cool off." (Matthew 24:3, 12)
I hope these two verses answer your question about why these things are happening. If you have any other questions, send me a message.

News for you buddy. People have always been immoral. Some ages they were better hiding it then others.
As for the police, I think it is because they are going after people they think that will not put up a fight. Criminals do get lawyers and fight it all the way to court. Cops rather not bother and go else where to make them selves look good.

It goes in cycles, but the same crooks seem to end up in charge after every revolution.
End days? We should be so lucky. Afraid people have been claiming we are in the "last days" for at least as long as written records have been kept.

Sounds more like a Greek Trajedy to me. And since nothing positive seems to be coming your way I imagine you live in it like you like it. So... what's the complaint? Ride it out and hope somewhere in all that you hop a good one. Good Luck.
